What we can and can’t help with

We are an independent guide, not a trading platform. That means we cannot access your account, recover funds, resolve deposits or withdrawals, or change anything on a platform such as Kalshi, Polymarket or FanDuel Predicts. For anything to do with your account or money, please contact that platform’s own support team directly. We are happy to help with questions about our content, point you to the right guide, or fix an error.

What to include

To help us reply quickly and usefully, please include the page you are writing about (a link is ideal), a clear description of your question or the correction, and any detail we would need to verify it — for example a source for a figure you think is out of date. For partnership, advertising or media enquiries, a short summary of what you have in mind, the brand or publication involved, and the best way to reach you is enough to get the conversation started.

Please do not send sensitive personal or financial information — such as account numbers, passwords or card details — by email. We will never ask you for them, and neither should anyone claiming to represent a platform.
