About Market Prediction Guide

Market Prediction Guide is an independent educational resource about prediction markets — the regulated exchanges where people trade contracts on the outcome of real-world events, from elections and economic data to sports and the weather. We explain how these markets work, review the platforms that offer them, and build free tools to help you trade them more thoughtfully.

Who operates this site

This website is owned and operated by Acroud Media Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. You can verify our registration on the Companies House register.

What we do

We publish three kinds of content: plain-English explainers for people new to prediction markets; independent platform reviews and comparisons; and interactive calculators for working out payouts, odds and more. Everything is written for adults (18+) and framed around understanding and managing risk rather than encouraging anyone to trade.

Editorial independence

No platform pays us for a favourable review, a higher ranking, or placement in our tables. We fund this free resource partly through affiliate links — if you open an account through some of our links we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you — but those commercial relationships never influence our scores or analysis. We explain this fully in our affiliate disclosure and set out exactly how we assess platforms in our editorial and ratings methodology.

Accuracy

The prediction-market landscape — especially its regulation — changes quickly. We date our pages, review them regularly, and frame figures as estimates current at the time of writing. If you spot something that looks wrong or out of date, please tell us and we will correct it.
